Saturday, July 21, 2012 - Loved this when I last 4 years ago. Now less sold (perhaps my tastes have changed?). Had with beef tenderloin. I got a lot of heat even after a good long decant. Fruit a bit muted and structure diminished leading to limited integration. Color fine, so not oxidized. Maybe past prime?
