Both bottle and glass were allowed to stand for an hour before tasting. The first impressions were the fruit, black berries and ripe plums, smooth tannins, light pepper and integrated oak. As the meal progressed the wine developed even more, lush body, smooth tannins, lovely oak, combined with a line of acid making for great structure and promise for more development over the next decade. 93+ |

Very dark red through to the edges, lush body and good length. really good drinking but will benefit from a decant and at least an hour and a half breathing time. Should last another decade.93+ |
