  Moderate golden in the glass, good & strong perlage. Nose is sweet-fruited, bready, but the palate surprisingly doesn't follow this trend. It shows a nice, zippy acidity that highlights the fruit and balances out well with the alcohol. Kept this open (yes, without a cork) in the fridge for 5 days and the perlage was still going + there was no sign of oxidation. Quite a powerful Champagne, nice.
