  Fresh bottle, very pleased on first impression. Creamy, toasty, brioche, nutty. Bright yellow citrus fruit. Initial guesses were split between DP and Krug. Good effervescence, although more mousse would be the one critique here. Unbelievable acid. Amazing cream, but butter, and yellow and orange citrus fruit. Certain clove spice. Very rich palate. I am very pleased with this.

  prior notes were correct, our btl was much older on apperance and taste. did open a bit after a while, but not up to what we expected.

  yeasty, nice and caramelized on the nose, with lots of marmalade. Soft on the palate and definitely mature.
