This bottle felt richer than the first one. More texture on the palate, fruitier and less floral. A touch of DMDS developed over the days. Need to get some of the ‘21 from H&C.

This was totally crushable! Drank the entire bottle in one sitting (I shared)
👅Lime, pear and apple fruits combine with some musky herbal notes (cilantro?) -This has the telltale Julian Haart signature of herbal muskiness and minerality that give a base note to the treble from the fruit and bright acidity -Levitates on the palate -Feinherb+ sweetness level -Refreshing and is great with food. (Food pairing is listed below) Not super profound. Simply delicious 😋
J Haart doesn’t make much wine. His wines are very much in demand and hard to find. This is his base wine and it gives a sample of his magic This is called 1000L because it spends time in the traditional German fuder that is ~1000L. (Importers buy the whole 1000L and thus the name) Paired this with fish soup of a miso/vegetable broth base 🥣

Very impressed by this. Loved the honeyed and oily texture with the spritziness on the palate. A delicious and refreshing Spatlese.

Made in a fruity style showing lychee, peach, apricot, matched with a lively mouthfeel and peppery finish. Good value too!

Juicy white peach, rain water, mineral, balanced acidity and just slightly off dry. Spectacular QPR
