  淡柠檬色，闻香有百香果，花香，青草，一些石灰和面粉气息，香气漂亮而有精致，入口酸度高，酒液咸，收口微甜，百香果一类的香气为主，收口微苦，绷紧了酒体，后段淡淡饼干的味道一直延伸到余味。结构不错，口感干净、柔和，一支风格宜饮的酒，很愉悦。

  Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. Med straw with a hint of green. Med (+) juicy fruit aromas of ripe lemon, white peach, vanilla, pineapple, banana, fresh Mediterranean herbs. Youthful. No oak. Dry, with generous fruit and med to med (+) mouth-cleansing, juicy acidity and med alcohol (13%). Well-balanced and delicious, this Grillo has more body and intensity than others in this price bracket. Med to med (+) flavor intensity and length, with fresh herbs and grapefruit on the finish. Sauvignon-like. Great QPR. Very reliable from year to year. Drink now, not intended for aging, but it should show well through at least 2022. Tasted again on 6/19/22 with consistent results.

  Popped and poured. This Grillo really shows a lot of Sauvignon Blanc character and is quite different to another Grillo I drank last week. Tropical fruits, peach, cut grass come through. This more new world in style with more tropical notes leading but still very tasty and enjoyable.
