Popped and poured. Clear, very light straw color. Nose was clean fruit. Wow, this wine was very impressive, maybe the best value CB I've had. Typical light body but the fruit and balance was exceptional. A super nice wine for summer. Drinking perfectly now and at it's peak. Nothing off at all, wish I had more.

This was my first chenin blanc. Aromas of melon, green apple however, this wine seemed to lack something, wasn't much finish, not memorable. Will try again with a different producer.

Was not what I was expecting. More like a QbA riesling than a dry chenin blanc. Peaches, apricot and pear on the nose and palate. Somewhere between dry and off-dry. Nice upon opening but started to develop a bitterness on the finish after a couple of hours.

(Dry Creek Chenin Blanc) #3; COLOR-light golden; NOSE-very clean; nice melon flavor; nice tropical fruit (pineapple, guava, mango); TASTE-nice; fruity; a little too high on residual sugar for me, but shouldn't turn off a lot of people; very elegant; little heat on the back-end; nice solid acidity; some apple on the finish; falls apart a little on the finish; but a solid entry level Chenin Blanc; GV-86+

Not a very enjoyable nose. Slightly off dry. Flabby at this point, without any zip. Past it's prime, I assume.

Good, past its prime. Didn't have much zip remaining. Still a good name for reasonably priced whites.
