  The 2019 'WinePorn' from Thanisch is the Bernkasteler Lay Kabinett.
  
  Absolutely lovely Kabinett for just €16 at "Das Rieslinghaus" in Bernkastel!
  
  Green apple, white peach, pineapple, passion fruit, nectarine, lime juice, wet slate and a very tiny hint of rubber/petroleum. There's a touch of lemon/lime zest and grapefruit on the finish.
  
  Just a really elegant, light and refreshing wine with the complexity and balance between the fruity sweetness, the very sexy acidity and the high minerality to make this a great Kabinett.
  Generally the Kabinett's from Thanisch are insane QPR - the Bernkasteler Doctor is top...
