  Julian Haart Tasting (Longo Seafood Restaurant): Lovely nose with spices, citrus zest, honey, peach, white pepper, and minerals. Nice acidity and not at all too sweet on the palate with more peach, lemon, and honey notes. Long finish. A promising wine that should age beautifully. 95++

  开瓶有着很棒的酸橘、葡萄柚、黄桃、苹果和柠檬的果味，香气纯净，优雅着舒展，淡淡的橙花和茉莉，伴随着尘雾般的矿物一起显得有些飘渺。入口整体饱满，结构比较大，酸度高，但是充盈整个酒体，仿佛浸润渗透到所有所及之处，“有能量的酸度”，柔顺优雅又有萃取带来的紧致感，舒张之间，似乎呼吸。黄桃、白桃、苹果、柑橘等经典的中Mosel果味，没有过熟带来的热带果味，带着小白花香，似乎围绕着一个球体，流动、交织和交融，收尾很长，矿物分布。
  
  醒酒一个多小时后，出现一点多汁的瓜类。两个小时左右，出现奶油、柠檬挞、生姜，奶油包裹着矿物和柠檬，“奶油里的石头”之谓，矿物感形成修长的线条。口感变得更加紧致，先是张力，然后被饱满的花果香和奶油抚平，在时间维度上有不断过渡和延展的感觉。95+/100

  Remarkable Spätlese trocken, Easy drinkable with a lot of power, feels not really dry but nicely balanced. 95
