Clear, pale yellow. Modest but pleasant nose. Good initial mouth feel. Profile is very temperature sensitive. Rather light and a touch insipid cold but quickly growing acidity as it warms overall a pleasant white but not up to what I aspire for in a Sancerre.

Limited notes taken. Pale straw fading to a watery silver outer edge, very reductive straight off the bat but that blew off to reveal pyrazines, bell pepper, tomato leaf, crushed rocks, grapefruit pith, and gooseberry. No real depth or concentration.

Very flinty, minerality, amazing with salmon.

This was wonderful. Fabulously plush without sacrificing acidity/minerality. One of the best Sancerres we have had.
