Pepper with tart plums and a carbonic fermentation fruit character. Tasting young and no rush to open remaining bottles. Nice winemaking here but light in body and finish. I can't help but to wonder about the current wage collapse to asset price that we are living through and how that will affect the wine industry. Hmmm.

Black pepper, blistered wood, dark fruits, winter spices and garrigue. Smells too good but then you drink it…. black pepper, charred red berries, black cherry, black plums, bitter espresso, pencil lead. Wow. Bright acid core balanced by a rich, mouth-coating decadence. I’m a huge Gramercy fan but this is really impressive.

Tasted from flight at gramercy. Remember this being a standout. Pepper and herbs lead into a linear and precise finish. Seems really good and open now. Drink by 2023

Light colored and bodied, modest fruit and good acid.

Medium big and balanced. Really good match for the cheese and charcuterie.
