Under screw cap. Nose is quite reticent, but with some swirling you can coax out aromas of peaches, apricots, spices and wet slate. Palate shows acid-washed stone fruits and a pebbly, lightly saline minerality. Sweetness is held well in check. Pleasantly bitter on the finish. Quite a serious and extracted style here. Punches above its weight considering there is no vineyard name. Can hold or drink.
