Men mye køttmarkører.

Slow ox for around 2 hours. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of leather, earth, red and black fruits, spices, pepper, toast. Medium+ acidity and high tannin. Will improve with ageing.

Undrinkable at this point. Grocely overoaked, nothing too see here but oak and concentration, tar, asphalt galore, not a pleasant acquaintance at the moment; doubt it will come around. #Brøndsalen

93% Syrah, 7% Vognier. ABV 14%. Dark garnet in color, no sign of aging at all. Oaky nose, 100% oak barrel? Rich and spicy but no over-extraction, mouth watering acidity helps, no hint of alcohol at finish, good balance. New wordish and far from ready with so much oaks to be integrated, probably 7 to 10 years away from maturity.
