unfortunately my first fully faulty bottle. Tasted quite acidic and didn't have any redeeming fruit. Some grainy characteristics that smelled like pineau des charentes.

Absolutely tasty as before. Might be drinking through these a bit quicker.
In comparison to previous magnums, this one was a bit less broad at opening and didn't have as much of the cider note when opened. It did have the stewed blue and blackberries carried with a buttered tart creaminess. Very rich and powerful.

Commanderie de Bordeaux: Chateau Lagrange with Mathieu Bordes (Paris Dining Club, Mpls, MN): Medium gold color. Drank a glass over 45 minutes. Very consistent with a note from 8 months ago. Toasted, mature, golden fruits, round and spiced.

750ml Bottle was flawed. Acidic and slight nail polish note to it along with sherry vinegar.

Commanderie de Bordeaux: Spring Parlement - Chateau Brane-Cantenac (Minneapolis Club, Mpls, MN): Light gold color. Drank a glass plus over 45 minutes, from magnum. A very pleasant surpise, this was in fine shape, still vibrant and pretty fresh with a mix of pear, toast, amaretto cream, stone and lemon peel. This came off elegant and mature but not at all advanced. 93+pts.
