Very mild floral nose. Dry crisp flavors, not too fruity but some green apple. a bit of a stony aftertaste which is not ideal, but not a major ding on an otherwise very pleasant wine.

Very pleasant wine with fish and light-seasoned chicken. The tartness created a nice balance for a poached white fish paring. Will buy more of this for sure

Bottle was a gift. Drank with grilled Red Snapper. Wine was exactly what I expected. Lots of sweetness and sugar, but not bad. Some nice citrus flavors. Perfect wine to serve at a large party or to non-wine people...AMM

I liked this a lot better than some of the other tasters. Maybe because we had it with Cheese Fondue, where the dryness worked as an excellent pairing. Previous comments, where it was paired with fish would accentuate the dryness and mineral of this wine.

This wine is very tart and as indicated on the label, beyond the name of the winery, a Dry Sauvignon Blanc. Expect a Fume/Sauvignono Blanc to be tart, but this was a tartness that got in the way of the meal. Had with seafood, will not buy this again.
