  Very well-balanced Kabinett at 9 % alcohol from grapes from Goldtröpfchen and Ohligsberg. the sweetness is well-integrated due to the medium+ acidity and nice minerality. Notes of Granny Smith apples, gooseberries, elderflower, grape, citrus, and slate. Juicy and fresh - drinks very easily. Actually liked this one equally alone as paired with food.
