  Decanted and needed 30min to an hour of aeration to come nicely together. Everything you expect from CC is here, but there is and extra layer of juiciness & fruit purity. Also appears with lifted presence, especially in the mid palate witch leads to succulent and savoury effort that hits higher than the price suggests.
  Bought from 'Enoteca Toscana' in Radda, must have been recommended to me, cause I had no idea this estate until now. Organic viticulture, wild yeasts only, 2000ltr barrels and 7000 btls only. Highly recommended.
