Notes of green apple, stone fruit, hint of slate minerality coupled with some sweetness starting from the mid palette. The end palette ends with heady acid which helps balance the full experience. Delicious now most likely delicious later. Had it with some very spicy Sichuan Food was a match made in heaven.
