Exactly as noted 2 months ago. While not always a surprise, at 8 yrs of age the bottle-to-bottle consistency of this chardonnay is to be highly commended.

Slightly cloudy, still medium straw-colored. Honeysuckle richness without being heavy or buttery. Toasty oak noted in May '19 shows nicely on the lingering finish. Don't let this get too cold, just below cellar temp here. 2-3 years of peak drinking ahead easily.

Slightly cloudy, as all minimal intervention BTF chards are, very medium straw-colored. Taking on richness without being heavy or buttery. Very restrained oak toast starting to peek thru. Very clean finish with a hint of slate and salinity. Don't let this get too cold, just below cellar temp here. Great stuff, recommend drinking in the next couple of years.

The best Oregon Chardonnay! Just enough oak, tremendous fruit, wonderful food wine, equally wonderful just drinking on its own.

Very pretty, lighter in style, perfumed white flowers.
