  Light clear yellow. In the nose slate (!!), some elderflower and other white blossoms, very nice and airy, some lemon, strawberry, green apple. Some notes reminding of polished stainless steel. This is extremely clean in the nose, lightfooted, airy, precise and harmonic. On the palate, it's juicy, nicely harmonic, subtly mineralic with expansive, tongue-tickeling acidity. Very long finish. This is sort of a
  Best of Mittelmosel" Riesling. It doesn't matter much whether it's dry or off-dry. It's a very pure expression of its origin.
