On night one- opened and poured about 1/2 prior to sitting down to dinner. Lovely wine in classic tradition. Dark berry backbone with fine tannins, spice, chocolate and rosemary/thyme. Finish was relatively long. One night 2 this showed signs of fading. Still pleasant but the wonderful flavors were a little faded. Still silky smooth.
I would say if you have any left drink now.

If I recall correctly, I spent $30 for this wine and it was a fantastic value. Deep chocolate, cherry nose. Bright cherries, currants, blackberries, cocoa on the palate. Sweet, fully resolved tannins, great acidity and fantastic balance. A moderate, lovely finish. I don't recall the exact blend on this (it's Bordeaux varietals), but the merlot pulls everything together. Just perfect right now, but there's no hurry. I think this will drink well for 3 to 5 years more. Alas, it's my last bottle.

Still fresh with some vibrancy and secondary aromatics.
Savory fruit and moderate tannic structure.
Great for the price.
