My seventh bottle of twelve. This bottle was opened two evenings ago, a few very small glasses were consumed, and the bottle was left open all night. The next morning, I capped the bottle with vacucin and placed it in the fridge. It is drinking very nicely on day three - surprising. given the amount of air-time. Lovely flavors on the palate, a lovely wine. Nice. My rating reflects the wine on day 3 - I have previously scored this between 89 and 91.

No contemporaneous notes. From a half-bottle. PnP. Elegant and very restrained at the moment. My friend identified a specific fruit (pears?) that I can't recall now. Will try another half-bottle later in the summer. This was consumed rather quickly.

No contemporaneous notes. My first of 3 bottles. Decanted. Nice nose, balanced with a pleasing flavor profile that is typical of this producer. Does not have quite the intensity that the 2017 had. Great match for fresh grilled salmon. (91-92).

2/3/2022 5:37:00 AM - To be honest, I did not find a difference yet. However, this may be different in 15 or 20 years - but who wants to wait, the wine is perfect now.
