PnP. Still young and quite tannic. Typical Bordeaux. Dark, medium to full body. Dark fruits, licorice, spices, leather. A decent wine, though I was hoping for more. Perhaps in a few years?

PnP. Wonderful aromas wafting from the bottle. Dark red, medium to full body. It is in a good place. Subdued tannins. Nice and bright acidity. Licorice, tobacco, earth, leather. Nice and round, balanced, a pleasure to drink. No need to drink up at all, but no shame to open now.

PnP. A good, typical Brunello. Beautiful aromas wafting from the open bottle. Grapefruit and red cherries, tobacco, minerals, earth. Medium body. Dark red. Still too young. Quite sandy upon opening, and it mellowed and developed over two hours ( then the bottle was empty ). It may be better to wait another two years or so, before drinking the next. We have three more: will we manage?
