Silky, well balanced. A lovely wine from Hawkes that is a great food wine. Paired perfectly with a NY strip. Decant!

An incredibly interesting, sturdy, bright and earthy wine from Matthiasson. Lovely bright fruits with earthy undertones. Like picking blackberries in a summer moist meadow.
