Apricot and nectarine aromas. Palate is glorious, well-balanced and some approachable sweetness. Confected palate, with mineral finish. A little bit of pineapple fruit to the finish.

So balanced. The ripe fruit, residual sugar, and crisp acidity. Loads of slate and crushed rock undertones add to complexity. Lemon oil and red apple dominate the fruit components. Finish lasts 20+ sec. Could probably sit for a few more years, but not necessary.

Hint of smokiness. Fresh and crisp. Shows how well German Rieslings can mature.
