Tuesday, November 7, 2023 - wet forest floor, old leather, and dried roses on the nose. same on the palate along with dark cherry. believe this saw some new oak. tannins are now fully integrated and the wine is drinking quite well. a soft texture is followed by a finish that falls out a bit at the end. wine did not wow me..........little to no bricking and a very dark color further indicate the use of new oak.
