Monday, December 4, 2023 - Gave it about 15 minutes in the glass and then drank over a couple of hours. Initially quite spicy with a little bit of a harsh edge. By the 30 minute mark this had totally smoothed out and the edge was gone. Dark red fruits and some earthy elements. After about 90 minutes this had changed again into a more darker sullen wine which really surprised me. I didn't enjoy it's last change and I think if you have any bottle drink up with a minimal decant. This went from really nice at the 20 minute mark to not so good at the 80 minute mark. Very strange for a 10 year old brunello.
