Tuesday, December 28, 2021 - Last tasting note still spot on. Insanely deep and dark purplish red with violet hues. Lovely and fresh nose with lavender, violets, fresh twigs, black olives and black raspberries. Definitely seems to be a cooler styled Syrah. Balanced acidity and tannins (6/10) with a medium to medium plus body. Layered palate with red cherries, black raspberries, iron, white and black pepper, and a bit perfumey. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2030.
