Friday, January 31, 2020 - Iberian Wimps (La Trompette, Chiswick): Pale straw. Nose is fresh - lime, herbal notes, quite pungent. Medium/full on the palate though, and surprisingly weighty, intense fruit, spice, crisp acidity, very long finish. Excellent.
