Thursday, July 7, 2022 - Brilliant pale straw in the glass. Lemon curd, fresh cut rubber hose, herbs and a saline quality on the nose. Lovely. Palate has some RS, but cut with precise acidity. Mouthfeel is light to medium (the RS buoys it) and includes lemon, mineral, and saline. Medium length aftertaste. Dr. H. Thanisch seems to almost always deliver a quality Riesling at a reasonable price. Recommended. Drink now through 2028
