Friday, July 23, 2021 - Pear, apricot, cotton candy and white flower aromas with some hints of petrol. Orange juice, apricot, and unripe peach skin flavors. Delicious acidity, but could be more complex. Good, not great. This is more of a Spatlese than an Auslese — it’s not very sweet and has an un-ripe fruit character.
