Monday, November 30, 2020 - Upon opening, notes of latex and petrol- opens to fresh pear, citrus, crushed limestone. Mouth is much more intense than the nose, more oily citrus than the nose implies. Saline and rocky finish. Still very young, but so easy to have with some roasted sausage. Very good stuff.
