Wednesday, January 16, 2019 - Translucent red with some bricking. Not terribly complex, but very enjoyable. Notes of cherry, minerals and red licorice. Taut and structured on the palate. This has to structure to maintain this level for some time. Decanted 1.5 hours before consuming.
