Saturday, August 28, 2010 - Upon opening nose was muted and some flavors were not showing. As time went on for the next hour until the last sip of wine was taken, the nose really started to open with some petrol notes that you find in a nicely aged riesling. Great mineral, slate and fruit flavors came alive. a nice crisp and mouthwatering acidity accompanyed all of this. Very nice.Next time I would open several hours earlier.
