Thursday, June 25, 2009 - Lovely nose of coconut, then some fascinating elusive tones: pine/cellophane/shrimp chips (the white kind, that contract on your tongue upon contact) pineapple; on palate, wildly elegant understated acid and fruit--lovely. Excellent service with Thai--stood up straight and kept doing so throughout the meal. Further through the bottle, peach surfaces, and it's a bit like a luscious Viognier and a Riesling had a beautiful blonde child.
