Wednesday, April 24, 2024 - Drunk over four nights and at its best on nights 3 and 4 when it had fully uncoiled. Really lovely notes of green apple, citrus, white stone fruit, pineapple, honey, mint, white flowers, and slatey minerals. Quite special. Took a bit of time to open up, really coming together by night 2 when the balance was en pointe. Drink now if you can let this sit open and breathe for hours, or better still, a day.
