Sunday, December 17, 2023 - Tasted at the wine house in Bernkastel. Very, very pale golden color in the glass. Nose and palate of lemon drops, citrus peel, honey, and melted butter. Light effervescence on the initial taste. Strong alcoholic bite with a medium finish. Very young. Needs time to balance everything out in the bottle. Should improve with age.
