Sunday, February 12, 2023 - Aging quite nicely. Turning straw gold in colour. Aromas showing some petrol, lemon, honey, tangerine. Nice acidity ... juicy but not too tart. Some tartness and honeyed sweetness. Around 8.1g/L residual sweetness. Flavours still show freshness, with lemons, green apples, honey. Very smooth. Good overall structure. Tartness on the finish. Long finish.
