we be great with raw fish or sushi! The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lime, apple and apple blossom. It tastes like lemon, honeydew and pineapple. The body is light. The wine has juicy texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.

i am not a fan of SB, but this was excellent. Crisp, Apple-pear pleasant taste with smooth long finish. Not past its prime, but drink now.

Generally I'm a big fan of Lewis Cellars but this SB was not very good. Flavors were funky and muddled. Maybe it's past its prime.

Second Sunday Group: 1995 Pauillac vs. Pessac (Rich's & Dana's): Notes of popcorn and apple with floral undertones. Apple flavors on the palate; comes off a bit "sweet" in terms of the fruit. Decent finish. Guessed Chardonnay.
