Pineapple, a touch of grass, minerals, and a current of oaky smoke. A lush and fleshy sauv blanc with a ton of body. Paired very well with the various fish dishes I was eating at the time at La Mar in San Francisco.

Notes of mineral & stone, with Bosq pear and cotton tones. Nice acidity, with flavors of lemon oil and gooseberry. Has an Old World feel to it.
