Corks were extremely difficult. Wine was well worth it. Nothing but praise. Dark fruits, full bodied, subdued tannins, no heat at all from the high alcohol, my nose was stuffed up but guests offered lots of descriptors, mild peppery notes, everything just as I love my Syrah. Awesome wine. As good as I can get with my income.

Still lots of delicious fruit, minimal tannins, yet good structure, balance and decent finish. Nice wine with my Wagyu burger.

Perfect accompaniment for game meat (elk, venison, wild boar) -- still has maybe a year or so of cellaring left in it, sorry this is my last bottle.

20th Annual Lyon 10 Year Retrospective: The Mish Mash (Lyon Den): Mostly black fruit including dark plum, some earth and pepper notes make it a little savory. Now-2018. 91 on day 2.

In decline, still solid and drinkable. Cork disintegrated, but seal was still good and fill level was fine.
