  Crazy bricking around the edge, leather, dried herbs, prune, cherry, way too old for my taste. Best 10 years ago. Still enjoyable, but past prime.

  Excellent cork,dark red in color. Nose of leather,herbs mineral and cedar. Has moderate dark fruit, okay length and mature tannins. Will have to compare to the reserve. Has held up well!

  This came from an auction lot of mixed CA cabs. took an hour or so to open, still young and color showed little browning at the edges, very complex nose of minerals, spices, herbs and smoke, not much fruit or floral, finish quite long, tannins well integrated but you can still feel it. can probably last afew more years easily.
