Interesting - light, pale straw coloured is paired with a rich smokey bouquet and almost tart peach flavours. Definitely needs time in the cellar and probably best enjoyed with food.

Pale lime yellow. Nose has an oily lime blast, sherbet, Granny Smith apple, ritzy lemon zest. Oil and sharp opening puckers your tongue, almost a Riesling zip and tartness, there is the faintest breath of honey, a definite acidic Chardonnay. Ok but are better and the overrating by certain external commentators is difficult to see - agree with LINDSAYM.

Colour pale straw bright and clear 15/15 Nose intense citrus lemon and grapefruit , green apple , trop fruit lychee stone fruit white peach minerality of sea shell oyster shell 28/30 Palate med+ bodied crisp acidity from citrus - grapefruit pith good mouthfeel med finish 41/44 overall the mouth watering acidity is almost overpowering , it's a lean style chardonnay , not sure if there was any MLF but I would say not , I writing these notes after this wine has been open for 4 days and not change over the days 9/11 I was unable to see 99 halliday points in this wine

Grape, Grain and Graze Festival (Olympic Park, Homebush, Sydney): Bacon fat dominates slight citrus. In the mouth the wine has medium plus intensity acidity, bacon fat dominates the palate as well. Out of whack. Meh.
