  A medium weighted Cali-Cab lush smoooth chocolaty vanilla soft dark plum version of the grape. Totally lacking in minerals or acids. Totally.
  
  For fans of Napa Cabs that want to get a little closer to the people actually making the wine (in this case a real live family), this just over the hill stuff will really hit the spot! Same super rich ripe over extracted style at one third the price!
  
  But the Grinch here prefers the old world approach.
