  • Young and vibrant. Structure to go long but no harm in drinking now.

  • Really beautiful wine. I bought a case, which recently arrived. I was about to send all 12 into storage, but the voice of someone who knows better was ringing in my ear: "If you have a case, always taste one bottle right away, to set a baseline, before laying down the rest." So I did that ... and, wow. Now I don't know if I want to send any of these into storage, because the wine is such a pleasure right now. Beautiful translucent color; floral but not fruity nose; delicate palate with acidity and balance. Zero jammy character. Like a gorgeous burgundy. I dunno; I guess I'll send the rest into storage for now and check back in a few years. But really it's already lovely in the glass.
