Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Aromas of citrus and an almost Chablisienne-like minerality, no doubt due to limestone, but with that flinty, oceany edge. Fine but not really persistent bubbles, but with a nice rounded moutfeel with good acidity. Very nicely balanced with quite good length -- hands down the best Franciacorta I've had to date (to be honest I've probably only had a half a dozen or so).
