Classic Pinot nose, floral with a little forest floor combined with a hay bale. Fruit up front of red berries leaning more towards the ripe strawberry combined with cocoa and fine leather. Some earth peaks out along with some cedar mid palate. Finish is medium with pie spices and green bell pepper. Nice and complex, and definitely a food wine we had it with pork tenderloin and Gorgonzola gnocchi. Going to buy more to satisfy our Pinot Noir component of our cellar. Would definitely share with friends or bring to a dinner party. Great value for the price compared to other California Pinot Noirs.

Pop and pour while waiting for the wine of the night to decant. This was certainly a solid place holder.
On the nose dark fruit, oak and baking spice. Initial sips were raspberry, plum, and vanilla. This opened up with subtle oak, chocolate and blackberry. Improved in the glass and had a med finish.
Med+ bodied, soft tannins and very smooth. A little on the sweet side, this mellowed out with some air time.
For the price, I think this is worth it, but it is not miles above some more affordable options.

A little juicy for my taste. Got better after open for a couple hours but still very fruit forward.

Easy drinking with central coast candied cherry, good balance, perfect color and clarity. Clean finish.

Very nice cherry notes with a hint of clove. Well balanced, medium acid, great with food or alone.
