  • Color: garnet with bricking
    Nose: plum, earth, leather
Taste: plum, stewed plums, leather, earth
This is almost all secondary flavors with a bit of stewed plum upfront. Cough syrup on the finish which lingers long enough to enjoy with steak. Drink up! I don’t see this evolving in a good way.

  • Still fresh and always tasty. Violets and cherry really coming through.

  • After thirty minute decant this is in very good shape and not showing much age. The first thing you notice is how well the oak is integrated and for a Shiraz how “smooth” this is. Red fruits, cassis, lead pencil and spice. The body is medium to full bodied with a decent finish but there is a lack of a wow factor here.
