Great Bordeaux blend from Trentino, a blend of 60 % CS, 30 % Carmenere & 10 % Merlot: cherry, fig, blackberry, leather, tobacco, blackcurrant, soft oak, medium body, great long finish.

At Boston Wine & Poker, Needham, Mass.: A generous offering from Chris P. Very drinkable already. Integrated tannins and acidity. It's not rich, but very smooth with high-toned red fruit, graphite.

Mid colour; a lovely funky, foxy edge doesn't undermine the classy bouquet; restraint to a pate full of interest, very well balanced. Superb. To re-buy.
