Great find, DV. Just kept getting better in the glass. Everything in balance. Fresh and elegant at the same time. All savoury dark fruits. Got this at Tacoma Boys, right?
PnP'd. Huge black and blue fruit on nose and palate. Bitter, toasted oak is initially prominent but integrates after 30-45 minutes. A full bodied monster, but a good monster with coffee and black raisins. This is described as a Bordeaux blend but I'd bent on there being some syrah in the mix. Bought 8 bottles for an event that won't happen due to Covid and now I'm stuck with them--not exactly sorry. :)

Jam, tobacco and wool nose. Fruit is somewhat reticent as leather and mineral are prominent with hints of tobacco, herb, raisin, warm spices and earth followed by sour cherry acidity and tea-like tannin. This wine requires adequate decanting to round out the sour note, but it changes a lot from start to finish with some notes receding as others emerge, like worcestershire, cocoa, cassis and caramel. It would probably be even better with additional cellaring.
